eco-energy Audits - Energy for Existing Houses - there are government, both federal and provincial rebates for upgrades and improvements - e3 eco group will make recommendations and will help you implement these recommendations. TECA - Building Envelope Depressurization testing. Often Building Officials will request a Depressurization Test Report for Large Exhaust Appliances.  This is a test where E3 conducts a test to ensure that hood fans or other fans will not cause back drafting or combustion spillage of noxious gases into the home. To do this you require to be certified by TECA and have a form stamped for the local building official. E3 has this capability and conduct this test for builders, homeowners for a small fee.
 

LEED NC - Environmental Tobacco Smoke Control Testing. Developments following the LEED NC green rating program, building residential developments, often require that the residential units be tested under IEQ Prerequisite 2. E3 Eco Group was one of the first companies in British Columbia to work with this testing protocol. We also affected change to this protocol and have worked with some of the high profile projects such as Dockside Green and the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Village developments.
