Tim Tewsley
BA, LEED AP, Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, CEA in training
While working in facilities and property management for a local developer, Tim witnessed waste and inefficiency stemming from poor building design, sparking his interest in green and sustainable building. He then acted as project manager for a heritage retrofit project near Vancouver’s Downtown East Side which was the recipient of the Vancity/Real Estate board Green Building Grant.
Aside from his work in the built environment, Tim also is active in promoting sustainable transportation and has taught numerous workshops on climate change to children around the lower mainland.
Tim currently manages E3’s LEED for Homes program and performs rating and testing on green buildings in the lower mainland.
